Prof. Zhi-Gong Wang(王志功教授)
Southeast University, China (中国东南大学)

Zhi-Gong Wang was born in Henan, China. He received the M.-Eng. degree in radio engineering from Nanjing Institute of Technology (now, Southeast University), Nanjing, China, in 1981, and the Dr.-Ing. degree in electronic engineering from Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany, in 1990.
From 1977 to 1981, he worked on radio communication techniques and computer aided circuit designs in Nanjing Institute of Technology. During 1982-1984 he worked as a lecturer on semiconductor circuit techniques in Tongji-University, Shanghai. From 1985 to 1990, he worked on high-speed silicon bipolar circuit designs for multigigabit/s optic fiber communication in Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany. From Oct. 1990 to Sept. 1997, he has been with Fraunhofer-Institute of Applied Solid State Physics, Freiburg, Germany, working on high-speed GaAs ICs for optic-fiber data transmission and MMICs. Since Oct. 1997, he is full professor of Southeast University, Nanjing, China.
He is the author or co-author of 20+ books, 500+ SCI/EI/ISTP-indexed papers, and inventor of 30+ patents of China, Germany, Europe, USA, and Japan.
He is Senior Member of IEEE since 1993, Chairman of the Advisory Committee of Electrical and Electronical Basic Courses of Chinese Universities, and member of Chinese Expert Committee of Internet of Things for Healthy.
He is Guest Professor of 20+ universities of China, Canada, and Australian.
Recently, he is involving in IC design for optic-fiber transmission systems, for RF wireless, microwave, and millimeterwave applications, and in  micro-electronic systems for bio-medical applications.

Prof. Gene Eu (Ching Yuh) Jan (詹景裕教授)
National Taipei University, Taiwan (国立台北大学)

Gene-Eu Jan received his PhD in Computers and Networks from University of Maryland, USA at the year of 1992. is the Chief Secretary of National Taipei University. Dr. Jan was the Professor and Chair of Institute of Electrical Engineering National Taipei University. He was an Associate Professor of Departments of Computer Science and Navigation at National Taiwan Ocean University. He serves as a Board Director of Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport Co., Ltd. Mr. Jan has a Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of Maryland, an EMBA from Business School at National Taiwan University, and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.

Prof. Dai Yong-Sheng (戴永胜教授)
Nanjing University of science & Technology, China (南京理工大学)

Yongsheng Dai has more than 28 years hi-tech industry experience, and his main research direction is microwave millimeter wave integrated circuits, microwave subsystem, antenna array, etc. As a professor of Nanjing University of Science and Technology, his research results including more than 50 invention patents, In various international and national academic meetings and various professional journals has published over 90 papers.
The international conference and journal nearly more than 30 papers, including 8 Asia Pacific microwave meeting. As a senior technology consultant to many companies.Yongsheng Dai is also a Senior member of IEEE, Reviewers of The IEEE Transactions on MicrowaveTheoryand Techniques (T-MTT), Asia - Pacific international conference on Microwave (APMC2005) and Asia - Pacific international conference on Microwave(APMC2002), South Korea ETRI (electronic telecommunications research journal), etc.
